### Bug Fixes

* Fixes inverted `CLDR_UNSAFE_HTTPS` logic in `Cldr.Http`. Setting the variable to anything other than `FALSE`/`false`/`nil`/`NIL` now correctly disables peer certificate verification, matching the documented behaviour. Thanks to @CGA1123 for the report. Closes #10.

* `Cldr.Math.sqrt/2` now respects the current `Decimal.Context.get/0` precision when called with a `Decimal` — the result is rounded to the configured precision and Newton's-method convergence scales accordingly. The optional `precision` argument, previously inert, is now an absolute convergence threshold (default derived from the context).

* Adds `Cldr.Json.decode!/1` that delegates to `:json.decode/1`. This allows `Cldr.Json` to be configured as a `json_library` in `ex_cldr` for OTP versions 27 and later.  For example:

The upcoming `Decimal` version 2.0 deprecates `Decimal.cmp/2` in favour of a new implementation of `Decimal.compare/2` that conforms to Elixir norms and is required to support `Enum.sort/2` correctly.
