**Changes**

- Implement Sidebar component

- Introduce `as_child` tag to merge multiple `SaladUI` tag

**Breaking changes**

- Replace `tails` by `tw_merge` which extracted from `turboprop`. You have to add `TwMerge.Cache` to children list in your `application.ex`
