  query. Auto-preloads `:asset` by default; pass `preload: [asset: :variants]`
  (or `preload: []`) to extend or override (API-09).
- Convenience helpers: `Rindle.ready_variants_for/1` — fetch all
  `MediaVariant` rows in the `"ready"` state for an asset (by struct or id),
  ordered by name. Returns an empty list when none are ready (API-10).
- Convenience helpers: `Rindle.attach!/4`, `Rindle.detach!/3`,
  `Rindle.upload!/3`, `Rindle.url!/3`, `Rindle.variant_url!/4` — bang
  variants of the corresponding non-bang functions. Raise
  `Ecto.InvalidChangesetError` for changeset failures, re-raise the
  original exception for storage adapter failures, and raise `Rindle.Error`
  for all other failures (API-11).
- `Rindle.Error` — new exception module with `:action` and `:reason` fields.
  Raised by bang variants for non-changeset, non-adapter-exception failures.
  Provides a structured `message/1` that formats the action and reason into

### Fixed

- Mux server-push ingest now wires into the live AV runtime: after the
  configured streaming source variant reaches `ready`,
  `Rindle.Workers.ProcessVariant` enqueues
  `Rindle.Workers.MuxIngestVariant` with the expected storage-key and
  recipe-digest guards, making the Phase 34 idempotent ingest path reachable
  end to end.
- `Rindle.HTML.video_tag/3` and `audio_tag/3` now pass asset/variant structs
  into `Rindle.Delivery.streaming_url/3` on streaming-enabled profiles, and
  provider dispatch now accepts variant-like maps keyed by `asset_id`, so
  Phoenix playback resolves provider-backed HLS URLs through the shipped
  consumer surface instead of tripping the binary-key guard.

### Changed

- Public `@spec`s on `Rindle` facade functions (`initiate_upload/2`,
  `initiate_multipart_upload/2`, `sign_multipart_part/3`,
  `complete_multipart_upload/3`, `verify_completion/2`, `verify_upload/2`,
  `attach/4`, `upload/3`) now use `MediaAsset.t()`, `MediaUploadSession.t()`,
  `MediaAttachment.t()`, and named `Broker.*_result()` types instead of
  `{:ok, map()}` / `{:ok, struct()}`.
- `Rindle.log_variant_processing_failure/3` (the hidden facade shim) now
  emits a compile-time deprecation warning via `@deprecated`. Use
  `Rindle.Internal.VariantFailureLogger.log/3` directly.

### Notes

- Error branches across all tightened specs retain `{:error, term()}` to
  preserve the 0.1.x semver posture (narrowing error terms is a Dialyzer-
  breaking change for adopters pattern-matching on them).
