1. Stop words, in lib/reminisce/analyser/default.ex
The Russian stop words (@ru_stop) are the Snowball project's Russian stop
word list as the NLTK stopwords corpus distributes it (151 words, in its
order), with one word added. The English stop words (@en_stop) are 101
words of the Snowball project's English stop word list, with six added
("also", "can", "just", "may", "us", "will"). Of the default analyser's 61
Russian endings, 55 are among the suffixes of the Snowball Russian
stemmer; the stemming procedure itself is not Snowball's.

2. Secret-detection rules, in lib/reminisce/secret_guard.ex
The patterns of these rules are derived from the default configuration of
gitleaks 8.28.0 (config/gitleaks.toml): private_key (its header),
aws_access_key, gcp_api_key, azure_ad_client_secret, github_token,
github_fine_grained_pat, gitlab_token, slack_token, slack_webhook,
stripe_key, square_token, jwt, npm_token, pypi_token, anthropic_key,
openai_key, digitalocean_token, shopify_token, hashicorp_vault_token,
sendgrid_key (sendgrid-api-token) and twilio_key; the key words of
generic_assignment follow gitleaks' generic-api-key. They were shortened, bounded and in places merged or
widened here. gcp_service_account and url_credentials are not gitleaks'
rules.
