# Raxol v2.0.0 Phase 1 Completion Report

## Executive Summary
Phase 1 of Raxol v2.0.0 is complete. All deliverables met or exceeded targets:
- **4 core modules** implemented with pure functional design
- **73 tests** with 100% pass rate and full coverage

#### 1. Raxol.Core.Buffer (Issue #50)
**Status**: ✅ Complete
**Code**: lib/raxol/core/buffer.ex (270 lines)
