 - Default sample rate changed from float 1.0 to integer 1

 - Replace `.` in URI with `_` then replace `/` with `.`

 - Allow configurable replacements for `.` and `/`

 - Root URIs ( `/` ) now shown as `[root]`

 - Configurable metrics via Mix.Config
