  Used automatically for plugin module routes. Wraps the plugin's rendered

  content with the admin sidebar/header via LayoutWrapper.app_layout.



  Plugin LiveViews don't need to wrap their own templates — this layout

  handles the admin chrome automatically.



  The `url_path` assign, which drives sidebar active-state, comes from the

  kit's on_mount chain via a :handle_params hook. An embedded (live_render) LV

  has no handle_params lifecycle, and a host LV that renders admin chrome

  outside that chain never gets one either — both used to land here with no tab

  highlighted and no way to tell why. Falling back to the tab that declares this

  LiveView keeps the sidebar correct without asking hosts to assign anything.
