# Releasing ObanSentinel

1. Ensure `CHANGELOG.md` documents the release.
2. Update the version in `mix.exs`.
3. Run `mix deps.get`, `mix format --check-formatted`, `mix test`, and
   `mix hex.build`.
4. Inspect the generated package contents and confirm no credentials, local
   builds, or test fixtures are included.
5. Commit the intentional release changes and tag `v<version>`.
6. Publish with `mix hex.publish` only after reviewing the package prompt.
7. Create the matching GitHub release with release notes from the changelog.

Wrap values in double quotes to include spaces, e.g. name:"my package".
