Subject: [PATCH] erlang: force configure options
Both the posix_fallocate and CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID support detection
code doesn't work for cross-compiled builds. This change forces the
options. CLOCK_THREAD_CPUTIME_ID has been fixed since Linux 2.6.12.
