* New features
  * Include `nerves_time`. So many people were adding `nerves_time` to their
    projects that we decided to include it by default. This only brings in the
    library. The default configuration will use NTP to get the time and advance
    clock to at least the build time  by default.

* Bug fixes
  * It was possible for the SSH daemon to crash and not be restarted. The ssh
    daemon process is now linked to a GenServer here so that this project's
    supervisor can restart it on crashes.

  * Don't override IP address parameters if assigned in the `nerves_network`
    config. This fixes confusion on which config wins with network configuration
    since `nerves_init_gadget` does some configuration as a convenience. The
    answer is that `nerves_network` wins.
  * Register DNS hosts to get the local and peer IP addresses on USB gadget mode
    connections. For example, if using `usb0`, then `peer.usb0.lan` refers to
    the computer connected to the device (like your laptop)

  * When using Erlang distribution, the node's hostname can be set to the name
    returned by DHCP: `node_host: :dhcp`

    mini DHCP server to supply an IP address instead. Enable by setting
   `address_method: :dhcpd`.  See

  * Merge `default` configs from `nerves_network`. This fixes an issue where
    `wlan0` settings were lost.

  * Added support for `ssh`-ing to an IEx prompt. To use this, add:
    `ssh_console_port: 22` to your `nerves_init_gadget` configuration.
  * Added an option for generating more unique mDNS names. If you specify
    `:hostname` for the `:mdns_domain` option, it will generate the `.local`
    name from the hostname. This lets you have names like `nerves-1234.local`
    being advertised on the network.

  * Pulled in project rename of bootloader to shoehorn. Be sure to update your
    `config/config.exs` and `rel/config.exs` references to bootloader.
  * Add dependency on `ring_logger` and instructions for setting it up since it

Nerves users to get started with `nerves_init_gadget` and also to reflect
