 - [Bugfix] Catch Mnesia exits _outside_ transactions (#2)

     - This fixes issues where Memento would unintentionally mess with Mnesia's

       deadlock resolution algorithm by catching exits, finally causing Mnesia to

       throw cyclic abort errors in high concurrency, nested transactions
