### Added



- Initial release of `Makeup.Lexers.DiffLexer`.

- Unified diff support: file banners, `@@ ... @@` hunk headers with a

  separately tokenized section hint, and `@@@ ... @@@` combined (merge) diff

  headers.

- Context diff support: `*** old` / `--- new` banners, the `***************`

  hunk separator, `*** 1,5 ****` and `--- 1,7 ----` range lines, and the `!`

  change marker.

- Normal diff support: `1,5c1,7` / `3d2` / `0a1` command lines and the

  `<` / `>` content markers.

- Git extended headers, Subversion and CVS scaffolding, and `git format-patch`

  mail preambles.

- Context-sensitive resolution of `---` and `+++` lines: file banner versus

  removed/added content.

- Registration for the language names `diff`, `udiff` and `patch`, and for the

  `.diff` and `.patch` file extensions.
