UTF-5 is implemented from the retained `draft-jseng-utf5-01` Internet-Draft,
SHA-256 `12ae18367c110b5dcef9cc3f06b6ae40e60c8fde489fdd161f1bb98e3e5f2375`.
Its authorship and unlimited-distribution statement remain intact.
UTF-6 is implemented from retained `draft-ietf-idn-utf6-00`, SHA-256
`80033b5e41bc9f2fd01bddf99a300827b837f06ba93ef303bc54bc53df3755ca`.
Its Internet Society copyright, all-rights-reserved notice, and
unlimited-distribution statement are retained verbatim with the draft.
Formal SignWriting uses a project-authored transcription of factual v1.0.0
ranges and arithmetic rules. The consulted papers are CC BY 4.0 and are
attributed in `priv/sources/formal-signwriting-1.0.0/SOURCE_METADATA.md`; no
copy of those papers is redistributed.
FSS-UTF follows X/Open N193/P316. The all-rights-reserved scan is deliberately
not redistributed; its exact digest and source identity are recorded in
`priv/sources/xopen-fss-utf/SOURCE_METADATA.md`.
The UTF-1 manifest records the exact ISO-IR-178 source identity and digest but
does not redistribute the source PDF. The three `ICONVEX-` signature profiles
use public Unicode scalar and serialization facts without copying Unicode
text, tables, or implementation code.
BOCU-1, CESU-8, SCSU, UTF-EBCDIC, UTF-9, UTF-18, and WTF-8 are independently
written native Elixir implementations of their cited public specifications.
Retained evidence does not replace the LGPL-2.1-or-later license of the
implementation.
