Original Iconvex Standards library code is licensed under the GNU Lesser
General Public License, version 2.1 or (at your option) any later version,
matching GNU libiconv's libraries. See LICENSE.

Unicode-hosted mapping files, ICU UCM evidence, Unicode 17.0.0 Unihan property
extracts, and generated facts derived from them retain the Unicode License V3.
See LICENSE.UNICODE and each source directory's SOURCE_METADATA.md.

The Kermit ckcuni.c source snapshot is retained as source-versioned mapping
evidence under its BSD-3-Clause terms. The exact notice is shipped in
priv/sources/dec-terminal-character-sets/kermit/COPYING. Its inclusion does not
change the license of the independently written Elixir implementation.

The KOI8 Unified Cyrillic 2.1 mapping used by KOI8-F is copyright 2008
Department of Mathematical Sciences, New Mexico State University and is
distributed under its MIT-style permission notice. See LICENSE.MIT-NMSU.

The pinned CPython 3.14.6 Punycode module is an executable benchmark and test
oracle under Python Software Foundation License Version 2. Its complete license
is retained at priv/sources/rfc3492/CPYTHON-LICENSE.txt. It is never linked,
loaded, or called by the Iconvex runtime implementation.

RFC and standards texts retain their respective authorship and publication
notices. Normative manual scans without an identified redistribution grant are
repository-only evidence and are excluded from the Hex artifact. The Hex
artifact contains independently expressed mapping facts, digest-bearing source
metadata, permitted source evidence, and the native LGPL-2.1-or-later runtime.
