Original provider code is LGPL-2.1-or-later. Generated historical ICU mapping
tables derive from Unicode's ICU data repository and retain the Unicode License
V3. See LICENSE and LICENSE.UNICODE. Exact table and shard digests are bound by
PROVIDER_MANIFEST.tsv and the Archive facade's assignment manifest.
