This package contains generated mapping tables and implementation-derived test

data from ICU 78.3, pinned at Git revision

21d1eb0f306e1141c10931e914dfc038c06121da. ICU is maintained by the Unicode

Consortium and other contributors. The ICU/Unicode data and derived tables are

distributed under the Unicode License v3 reproduced in LICENSE.UNICODE.



No ICU executable code is linked or loaded at runtime. The package's native

Elixir implementations were independently verified against the pinned sources;

the optional benchmark compiles a local ICU oracle only when a developer runs

it.
