# GEPA Elixir Implementation Status

**Files Created:**
- `lib/gepa/types.ex` - Shared type specifications

- `lib/gepa/state.ex` - State struct definition

**Tests Created:**
- `test/gepa/evaluation_batch_test.exs` - 6 tests, all passing

### ✅ Phase 2: Pareto Utilities (100%)

### 1. Behavior-Based Polymorphism ✅
Using `@behaviour` instead of protocols for:
- Compile-time checking
- Clear documentation
- Better tooling support

### 3. Explicit State Threading ✅
All functions return updated state, never mutate.
