FSL for Elixir — the Finite State Language
Copyright 2024-2026 Emmanuel Buu / La Tribuu
This product includes software developed as part of Elixip
(https://framagit.org/elixip/elixip).
The code in this directory was extracted from Elixip on 2026-09-12 —
`apps/elixip2/lib/dsl/` and the FSM half of its session context — and
**relicensed from BUSL-1.1 to Apache-2.0** by its copyright holder, so that the
two implementations of the language, Elixir and TypeScript, ship under one
licence.
Elixip itself remains under the Business Source License 1.1. That is the
direction the relicensing travels and the only one it can: a source-available
work may depend on a permissive one, and Elixip now consumes this package as an
ordinary dependency. Nothing here is subject to BUSL-1.1, and no BUSL-1.1 term —
including the Additional Use Grant and the competing-product restriction — applies
to it.
The copyright range starts in 2024 because part of what was extracted — the
context a state machine keeps about itself — is that old in Elixip's history,
while the language around it dates from 2026.
Most commits of both repositories carry the author address
emmanuel.buu@ives.fr, a work address of the person named above. The copyright
holder is as stated above.
The provenance is recorded because it is readable, not merely because it is
required: the design of what is here, and of every seam that made the extraction
possible, is docs/design.md and docs/extraction-plan.md.
