    page.

- `ExShopifyApp.tesla_adapter/0`: single source of truth for the outbound Tesla

    returning a refreshed token until the new refresh token is durably committed.

  - Telemetry events under `[:ex_shopify_app, :access_token, :refresh, ...]`.
