# Hybrid Proprietary and Subscription License

### License Grant:
You (the licensor) grant the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software package subject to the terms and conditions of this license agreement.

### Scope of Use:
The licensee may use the software package for internal purposes only, within the scope of their own projects and development activities.

### Subscription Access:
Access to the software package is provided on a subscription basis. The licensee must pay a recurring subscription fee to maintain access to the software.

### License Fee:
The licensee must pay the applicable license fee, which may vary based on factors such as usage, number of users, or level of support.

### Term and Renewal:
The initial term of the license is specified in the subscription agreement. Upon expiration, the license may be renewed by the licensee subject to payment of the renewal fee.

### Restrictions:
The licensee may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the software package to any third party without prior written consent from the licensor.
The licensee may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software package or attempt to derive the source code from it.

### Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the software package, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of the licensor.

### Support and Maintenance:
The licensee may be entitled to receive support, updates, and maintenance services during the subscription period, subject to the terms of the subscription agreement.

### Termination:
The license may be terminated by either party in the event of a material breach of the terms and conditions. Upon termination, the licensee must cease using the software package and destroy any copies in their possession.

### Governing Law:
This license agreement is governed by the laws of __**Republic of Bulgaria**__, and any disputes arising out of or related to the agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the __**Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Arbitration Court**__.
